HOW IT WORKS

You choose the show.
The parent does the rest.

You never need their photos or details. The parent adds the family, approves every picture and keeps control from the first episode on.

    Pick a gift and pay once

    Choose a show above. You get a gift code and a printable card straight away, and nothing renews afterwards.

  2. Step 2

    Send it your way

    We can email the parent now or on a date you choose, in their time zone, or you can hand the card over yourself.

  3. Step 3

    The parent sets it up

    They redeem the code, add the family tree and photos, and give the consent that matters. If they already have HeyLuka, the gift simply extends their time.

  4. Step 4

    You star on the first cover

    The very first episode cover carries a dedication from you, so they know exactly who the show came from.

A gift should be as simple to give as it is to open.

Does a gift renew?

No. A gift is one payment for a fixed run of episodes. When it ends, nothing is charged to you or to the family.

What happens when the gift ends?

We let the parent know 30 days before it ends, so they can carry on with a plan of their own if they’d like to. Nothing happens automatically, and you’re never asked to pay again.

What if the family already has HeyLuka?

The gift adds to their time rather than overlapping it. Their own billing pauses while the gift runs, so nobody pays twice.

Who controls the photos and family details?

The parent, always. They add the people, photos and approvals, and they can change or remove anything whenever they like. As the gifter you only need their email address, or you can hand over the card yourself.

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars or pounds. Pound prices include VAT; dollar prices are before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
